dant, JAMES GIBSON KINROSS, the owner of the steam-
launch "Sir Donald," and the other Defendants
above named, the owners of cargo laden on board of
the said steam-launch "Sir Donald," the Supreme
Court of New Zealand did, on the 16th day of
August, 1881, amongst other things, order: That the
Plaintiff Company should pay into Court a sum equal
to eight pounds (£8) per ton of the gross tonnage of
the said steam-launch "Boojum," without any deduc-
tion for engine-room, adding interest on the whole
sum at the rate of eight pounds per centum per
annum from the 7th day of May last: And, further,
that the Defendants, and each of them, and all other
persons having claims against the Plaintiff Company
for damages or loss to ship, goods, merchandise, or
other things occasioned by the collision between the
said steam-launches "Boojum" and "Sir Donald,"
be restrained from commencing or prosecuting any
suit or action against the Plaintiff Company in respect
of such loss or damage: And, further, that the
defendants, and each of them, and any other persons
having any such claims, should be at liberty to appear
and plead to this action as they should be advised:
And, further, that the 19th day of September be fixed
as the day on or before which the Defendant, and all
persons claiming to be entitled to share in the dis-
tribution of the sum whereto the liability of the
Plaintiff Company is limited, shall come in and state
their claims, or be wholly excluded from such dis-
tribution.

This is, therefore, to give notice to all persons
having any claim in respect of loss or damage to
ship, merchandise, goods, or other things occasioned
by the said collision, that if they do not come in and
enter their claims at the Supreme Courthouse at
Wellington, on or before the said 19th day of Sep-
tember, 1881, they will be excluded from sharing in
the aforesaid amount.

COLLINS v. SUTHERLAND.

I, PAUL ADOLPHUS FREDERICK BIRCH, Sheriff of
the Hawke's Bay District, do hereby give
notice that, under a writ of fieri facias, duly issued
out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Napier,
at the suit of SAMUEL YEOMAN COLLINS, of Napier,
Deputy-Commissioner of Land-tax, I have taken in
execution the fee-simple of JOHN SUTHERLAND, of
Mohaka, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
Sheepfarmer, in all those parcels of land being Town
Sections numbered 381, 382, and 384 on the plan of
the Township of Clyde, in the said Provincial District
of Hawke's Bay, being the lands comprised in Crown
grant, dated the twenty-seventh day of September,
one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, registered
number 2783, with the appurtenances thereunto be-
longing. And I hereby also give notice that I
intend to cause the said land to be sold at the auc-
tion-rooms of Mr. Edward Lyndon, Browning Street,
Napier, on Tuesday, the 27th September, 1881, at
two o'clock in the afternoon, unless the debt be
sooner paid.

The Solicitor for the Execution Creditor is Mr.
James Wren Carlile, of Emerson Street, Napier.

I, PAUL ADOLPHUS FREDERICK BIRCH, Sheriff of
the District of Hawke's Bay, hereby give notice
that, under a writ of fieri facias, issued to me out of
the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Napier, at the
suit of HENRY CHARLES ROBJOHNS, JAMES IRVINE,
and ALEXANDER DAVIDSON, trading together as Mer-
chants, under the style or firm of "Robjohns, Irvine,
and Company," of Napier, Assignees in the estate of
WILLIAM TEAT, of Gisborne, I have this day taken
in execution the fee-simple of EZRA SMITH, of
Gisborne, Settler, in all those parcels of land, being
Town Sections numbered 298 and 299 on the plan of
the Township of Gisborne, comprised respectively in
certificates of title, Vol. iv., folios 9 and 16; and
also in Lots numbered 7 and 8, subdivisions of Allot-
ment numbered 80A on the plan of the Township of
Gisborne, containing thirty perches and two-eighths
of a perch, and comprised in certificate of title,
Vol. vii., folio 32, with the appurtenances to the
said parcel of land belonging. And I hereby also give
notice that I intend to cause the said parcels of land
to be sold at the auction-rooms of Messieurs Pitt and
Bennett, in the Township of Gisborne, on Friday, the
23rd day of September, 1881, at 11 o'clock in the
forenoon, unless the debt be sooner paid.

The Solicitor for the Execution Creditors is Mr.
Willoughby Brassey, of Gladstone Road, in the said
Township of Gisborne.
