I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the New All Nations Gold-Mining Company as a Limited Company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1872.”

The name of the Company is to be the New All Nations Gold-Mining Company (Limited).

The place of operations (or intended operations) is at Bush Creek, Macetown.

The registered office of the Company will be situated at Buckingham Street, Arrowtown.

The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-eight thousand pounds, in twenty-eight thousand shares of one pound each.

The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-eight thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the Company.

The number of paid-up shares is nil.

The amount considered as already paid up on each share is ten shillings.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
In the matter of the Parahauhau Farm, in the District of Upokongaro, Wanganui County, and in the matter of the Partnership existing between John Kennedy, of Upokongaro, Hotelkeeper, and John Ross, of Parahauhau Farm aforesaid, in the business of the said farm.
THE said John Kennedy and John Ross have this day, by mutual consent, dissolved the Copartnership existing between them in connection with the said Parahauhau Farm, which farm and the stock and implements thereon now belong exclusively to the said John Kennedy.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that John Carew, of Dunedin, Cordial Manufacturer, retired from the firm of “Pierson and Carew,” carried on at Kumara by Charles P. Pierson, on the eighteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one; and that the said John Carew is not and will not be responsible for any debts incurred by the said Charles P. Pierson.
