file with me a statutory declaration as to the loss of
licenses to occupy, Provisional Register, Vol. xlii.,

of Mortgage No. 5158 registered thereon: Notice
is hereby given that I shall comply with above appli-
cation, unless caveat be lodged within fourteen days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
