Gold-Mining Lease to be granted.

IN conformity with the thirty-seventh section of
"The Mines Act, 1877," and with the regula-
tions made under that Act for the granting of leases
for gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it
is intended to grant a lease of Crown lands for gold-
mining purposes to the applicants specified in the
annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid objec-
tions against such lease.

Objections to the granting of such lease, stating
the grounds of objection, must be made in writing,
and lodged with the Warden at St. Bathans on or
before the 22nd day of August, 1881.

Copy of the application made and plan annexed
may be seen at the Warden's Office at St. Bathans.

SCHEDULE.

APPLICANTS: Michael Fahey and Patrick O'Hara.
Style under which it is intended to conduct the
business: "Fahey and O'Hara." 5 acres, in the
Mount Ida Mining District.

IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned
certificate of application for a gold-mining lease
has been declared forfeited, and that the ground is
now open for occupation as if no lease of the same
had ever been applied for :—
