Crown lands bounding the same on or towards the right bank of the River Pomahaka, Block XIII., and comprised within the following boundary-lines: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary-line of said Section 54 distant 339 links from the south-easternmost corner of said section, and extending thence on a line bearing 344° 2', 1411 links; north-easterly on a radius of 1840 links, 1700 links; thence on a line bearing 333°, 80 links; to the intersection thereof with the left bank of the River Pomahaka; thence ascending the same 1265 links to the intersection thereof of the produced northern boundary-line of Section 53, along the said produced boundary-line due east, 190 links; thence on lines bearing 202° 53', 262 links; 217° 23', 621 links; 44° 41', 777 links; on a radius of 1740 links in a south-westerly direction, 1317 links; thence on a line bearing 164° 2', 1451 links; to the southern boundary-line of Section No. 54 aforesaid; thence on a line bearing 276° 7', 107 links; to point of commencement: the parcel of land so described includes a portion of Crown lands as before mentioned, for which allowance has been made in the acreage.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, situated in the Glenkenich Survey District, being portion of Section No. 1, Block XIII., and comprised within the following boundary-lines: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of said section distant 1887 links from the south-easternmost corner of same; thence on lines bearing 22° 53', 139 links; 357° 34', 991 links; 6° 55', 699 links; 3° 37', 760 links; 17° 21', 390 links; 23° 6', 838 links; 15° 7' 30"; 300 links, to the centre of the Flodden Creek, the boundary between Blocks XIII. and XV., along that boundary-line for a distance of 200 links in a westerly direction; thence descending along the left-bank of the River Pomahaka for a distance of 4150 links to the intersection thereof with the produced southern boundary-line of said Section No. 1; thence due east along said boundary-line, 190 links, to point of commencement: the parcel of land herein described includes a portion of Crown lands as before mentioned, for which allowance has been made in the acreage.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, situated in the Glenkenich District, being portions of Sections Nos. 7, 6, 2 and 1, Block XV., and comprised within the following boundary-lines: Commencing at a point being the north-eastern corner of Section No. 1 of said block, and extending thence on a line bearing 203° 30' for a distance of 21 links; thence by lines bearing 267° 28', 197 links; 201° 26', 489 links; 200° 39', 196 links; 206° 39', 637 links; 213° 33', 71 links; 210° 34', 119 links; 206° 54', 178 links; 212° 50', 542 links; 214° 42', 448 links; 23° 15', 374 links; 168° 25', 196 links; 240° 15', 240 links, to the left bank of the River Pomahaka; thence descending the said bank for a distance of 7200 links to the middle line of the Flodden Creek, the boundary-line between Blocks XIII. and XV. of said survey district; thence ascending centre of the said creek, 200 links; thence on lines bearing 15° 7' 30", 295 links; 13° 42', 1019 links; 355° 11', 383 links; 318° 20', 490 links; 300° 25', 1116 links; 329°, 361 links; 319° 10', 682 links; 310° 20', 319 links; 306° 26', 726 links; 287° 45', 937 links; 322° 1', 645 links; 356° 38' 30", 446 links; 23° 15', 361 links; 41° 2', 395 links; 26° 25', 637 links; 30° 27', 585 links; 26° 24', 918 links; 23° 30', 129 links; to point of commencement: the portions of land herein described being intersected by a county road-line and by Crown lands on or towards the left bank of the River Pomahaka, for which severally allowance has been made in the acreage.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 12 perches, more or less, situated in the Greenvale Survey District, being portion of Section No. 32, Block I., and comprised within the following boundary-lines: Commencing at a point on the boundary-line between the Glenkenich Survey District and the Greenvale Survey District distant 2716 links along said boundary-line in a due west direction from the south-eastern corner of said Section No. 32; thence on lines bearing 309° 15', 120 links; 13° 40', 350 links; 3° 43', 308 links; to a point on a road boundary-line; thence on lines bearing 25° 33', 134 links; 3° 43', 540 links, to the left bank of the Crookston Burn, the boundary-line between Blocks I. and II., Greenvale Survey District; thence descending the said bank, 1450 links, to the intersection therewith of the above district boundary-line; thence due east, 673 links, to the point of commencement: the portion of land herein described being intersected by road-lines, for which allowance has been made in the acreage.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 14 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, situated in the Township of Kelso, in the Greenvale Survey District, being Sections Nos. respectively 1, 2, and 3, Block VI., Sections Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13, Block V., Sections Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and a strip of land 2 chains in width parallel to and distant from the southern boundary-line of Sections Nos. 14, 15, and 16, Block IV. aforesaid, all in the Township of Kelso aforesaid.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 rod 33 perches, more or less, situated in the Township of Kelso, in the Greenvale Survey District, being Section No. 4, Block VI., of said township.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 rod, more or less, situated in the Township of Kelso, in the Greenvale Survey District, being Section No. 10, Block V., of said township.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 rod, more or less, situated in the Township of Kelso, in the Greenvale Survey District, being Section No. 1, Block V., of said township.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 rod, more or less, situated in the Township of Kelso, in the Greenvale Survey District, being Section No. 10, Block IV., of said township.

All the above measurements being either more or less, and the several parcels of land being situate in the Provincial District of Otago, Colony of New Zealand, and are more particularly delineated upon the plan marked P.W.D. 8561, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington.
