DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore existing between EPHRAIM GREEN-
WOOD, JOHN WHITEMAN, FRANCIS WHITEMAN, and
ROBERT WHITEMAN, trading together at the Munga-
roa, in the County of the Hutt, as Sawmillers, under

has, as regards the said Ephraim Greenwood, been
this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business
will be carried on as heretofore by the said John
Whiteman, Francis Whiteman, and Robert White-
man under the style of "Whiteman Brothers." All
persons indebted to the late firm will please pay the
amount of their respective debts to Messrs. White-
man Brothers, who will discharge all the liabilities of
the late copartnership.

trading at Foxton and Palmerston North, in the
County of Manawatu, as Importers, Auctioneers, and
General Commission Agents, under the style or firm of
"Thynne, Linton, and Co.," has been dissolved by
mutual consent, as from the fourth day of January
now instant. And notice is further given that James
Linton has retired from the said copartnership firm,
and that the business thereof will henceforth be
carried on by ERNEST STEPHEN THYNNE, solely upon
his own account, under the style or firm of "Thynne,
Linton, and Co." And that the said Ernest Stephen
Thynne will receive all debts due to the said late
copartnership firm, and will discharge all the liabili-
ties thereof.
