Village Settlement.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities conferred upon me by the twentieth
section of "The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act
1879," I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto for sale as
a village settlement, upon such terms and conditions
as may be set forth in an Order in Council to be
made under the twenty-first section of the said Act.

Admiral of the same; and issued under
the Seal of the said Colony, at Auckland,
this nineteenth day of January, in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-one.
