N OTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one month after the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice.

  1. THOMAS PEPPERELL.-66 acres, part
    of Rural Section 7026, Christchurch District. Occu-
    pied by Applicant.

  2. JOHN DILLOWAY.-3 roods, Sections
    10, 11, and 12, Ashburton Town, 2 acres 3 roods 10
    perches, part of Rural Sections 4111, 4112, 4383, and
    4516, Ellesmere District. Occupied by P. Stainger,
    W. Mains, James Greer, H. Parris, and H. Skinner.
