IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to
provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to
appoint

JOHN FRANCIS GARVEY
to be Registrar of Electors for the Electoral District
of Mount Ida, vice A. D. Harvey, transferred; and
also to appoint

WALTER WARDLAW MENZIES
to be Registrar of Electors for the Electoral District
of Waikaia, vice J. F. Garvey, transferred. Appoint-
ments to date from the 1st July, 1881.

and North-eastward by lines parallel to
the north-west and south-west boundaries
respectively: and numbered 2492 (in
red) on the official map in the Survey
Office, Christchurch. |

Governor, this fourteenth day of July,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
one.

to be an Inspector of Weights and Measures for the
District of Dunedin, vice Constable A. Bousfield,
transferred.

Public Vaccinators appointed, Greytown and Waimea
South.

IT is hereby notified that, under the provisions of
"The Public Health Act, 1876," His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to appoint

ALFRED BULLOCK WATTS, Esq., L.S.A. Lond.,
to be an additional Public Vaccinator for the District
of Greytown; and

ROBERT HOADLEY, Esq., M.D.,
to be a Public Vaccinator for the District of Waimea
South, to perform gratuitous vaccination in accord-
ance with the provisions of the said Act and any
regulations made or to be made thereunder.

to be Managers of the Havelock (Otago) Cemetery,
in the place of Peter Cook, deceased, and John
Stables, resigned.
