We, Joseph Howard and Edwin Barnes Walker, having acquired interests in the Whaiti Kuranui
No. 3 Block, situate in the District of Patetere, which has passed through the Native Land Court, and a
memorial of ownership having issued for the said block, pray that you will be pleased to grant a subdivision
by the Native Land Court, in order that our interest may be defined and a Crown grant issued to us.
