NOTICE is hereby given that ANNE ALEXANDER, of Dunedin, Widow, claiming as Devisee under the will of ANDREW ALEXANDER, late of Dunedin, formerly of Lawrence, Postmaster, deceased, has applied to be registered as Proprietress of an estate in fee-simple in Sections 1 and 20, Block IX., Town of Lawrence, comprised in Register-book, Vol. xxvi., folio 235; and that she will be registered as such Proprietress, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month from date of publication of this notice.
