terest of GEORGE DOBIE, the Execution Debtor, being
an estate in fee-simple in all that piece of land situate
in the Town of Palmerston North, Manawatu, being
Section No. 679, and being the whole of the land com-
prised in certificate of title, Vol. vi., folios 162 and
163.

And I hereby give further notice that I intend to
cause the said estate of the said judgment debtor to
be sold by public auction at the auction-rooms of
Messieurs Leary and Campbell, in the City of Wel-
lington, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of August, 1881, at
the hour of 2.30 p.m., unless the debt and costs be
sooner paid.

The Solicitor for the Execution Creditor is Mr. T.
Hutchison, of Featherston Street, Wellington.

WAIPU STORE COMPANY (LIMITED).

In the matter of the Waipu Store Company,
Limited, and in the matter of "The Joint-Stock
Companies Act, 1860," and the several amend-
ments thereof.

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
Meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named
Company will be held on Saturday, the 16th day of
July, 1881, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, at the office
of the Company, Waipu, for the purpose of passing
the following resolutions :—

  1. That the Waipu Store Company be forthwith
    wound up voluntarily.
  2. That Mr. MURDOCH FRASER be appointed Liqui-
    dator.

WAIHOLA DISTRICT ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE UNDER "THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1876."

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waihola Road
Board intend to take certain lands, hereinafter
described, for the purpose of constructing roads;
and all persons affected are requested to set forth in
writing any well-grounded objections to the taking
of such lands, and to send such writing, within forty
days from date of publication hereof, to the Waihola
Road Board.

Plans of the said lands are open for inspection at
the office of the Waihola Road Board.

Description of land: All that piece of land situated
in the Waihola Road Board District, containing by
admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 39 poles, more or less,
being parts of Section 15, Block V., Clarendon
Survey District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plans, and tinted burnt-sienna.

THE NEW ZEALAND TITANIC STEEL AND IRON
COMPANY (LIMITED).

AN Extraordinary General Meeting of the Share-
holders of the above Company will be held at
their offices, in the Exchange Land and Mercantile
Auction-rooms, Panama Street, on Thursday, the 7th
July, at 8 o'clock p.m.

Business: 1. The consideration of a proposal for
the sale of the 5,000 acres of land granted to the
Company under the provisions of "The Taranaki
Iron-smelting Works Land Act 1874 Amendment
Act, 1880." 2. To consider the following special

resolution, which it is intended shall be proposed to
the meeting, viz : "That the New Zealand Titanic
Steel and Iron Company (Limited) be wound up
voluntarily, in accordance with the provisions of
'The Joint-Stock Companies Act, 1860,' and the
amendments thereto."

I, WILLAM BEY, of Greytown, Bachelor of Medi-
cine, and Master in Surgery, of the University
of Aberdeen, give notice that I intend to apply
to you, on the 7th day of August, 1881, to have
my name registered as a Medical Practitioner under
"The Medical Practitioners Act, 1869; and that I
have deposited my certificate of registration, with a
copy of this notice, in the office of the Registrar-
General, Wellington.

THE MANAWATU BOILING-DOWN AND CURING
COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders in the
above Company is hereby convened to be held at the
offices of Messrs. Palmerson and Scott, the Square,
Palmerston North, on Tuesday, the 12th day of July,
1881, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, when the follow-
ing resolution will be considered: "That the Com-
pany be wound up voluntarily."

1st day of January last past, so far as concerns the
