NOTICE is hereby given that EDWARD WATERS,
Patent Agent, of Melbourne, in the Colony
of Victoria, has applied, on behalf of ORMOND AND
Co., of Geneva, in Switzerland, Cigar and Cigarette
Manufacturers, to register, under "The Trade
Marks Act, 1866," the trade mark of which the fol-
lowing is a description, viz. :-

Description of Trade Mark.
The device of an anchor, the shank of which is
covered by a shield. Printed in a half-circle over the
anchor are the words "Marque de Fabrique,” and
above all is the fac-simile signature, "Ormond & Co."

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.
Cigars and cigarettes.
