office of the Liquidator, Shortland Street, next Post
Office, Auckland, the following resolution was
passed: "This meeting is of opinion that the affairs

HOLD SLUICING COMPANY.
I, the undersigned, do hereby make application to
register the Switzers Freehold Sluicing Com-
pany as a Limited Company under the provisions of
"The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Switzers Free-
hold Sluicing Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Switzers, in the County of
Southland. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Dunedin. - The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
pounds, in twelve thousand shares of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nine thousand pounds,
being fifteen shillings per share. - The name of the Manager is Richard Henry Leary.
