A Ta general meeting of the above-named Company,
held on the 21st day of August, 1880, in the
office of the Liquidator, Shortland Street, next Post
Office, Auckland, the following resolution was
passed: "This meeting is of opinion that the affairs
of the Company have been fairly wound up."

APPLICATION TO REGISTER THE SWITZERS FREE-
HOLD SLUICING COMPANY.

I, the undersigned, do hereby make application to
register the Switzers Freehold Sluicing Com-
pany as a Limited Company under the provisions of
"The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Switzers Free-
    hold Sluicing Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Switzers, in the County of
    Southland.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Dunedin.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
    pounds, in twelve thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand,
    being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
    the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is nine thousand pounds,
    being fifteen shillings per share.
  8. The name of the Manager is Richard Henry Leary.
