with the appurtenances thereunto belonging.

And I hereby also give notice that I intend to
cause the said land to be sold at the auction-rooms
of Messrs. Bastings, Leary, and Co., at Lawrence
aforesaid, on Saturday, the twenty-fifth day of June,
1881, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, unless the debt
be sooner paid.

The Solicitors for the Execution Creditors are
Messrs. Howorth and Hodgkins, Stafford Chambers,
No. 73, Princes Street, in the City of Dunedin.

I, HUDSON WILLIAMSON, Sheriff of the District of
Auckland, do hereby give notice that, under a
writ of fieri capias, duly issued out of the Supreme
Court at the suit of Her Majesty the Queen, I have
taken in execution the fee-simple of JOHN CHARLES
YOUNG, of Tauranga, Settler, in all that parcel of
land in New Zealand aforesaid, containing by ad-
measurement twenty-eight perches, more or less, and
being Allotment number thirty-seven of Section
number one, in the Town of Tauranga, Parish of Te
Papa, Cook's County, and being the whole of the
land described in Volume ten, folio one hundred and
four of the Register-book, in the District Land
Registry Office at Auckland. Also all that parcel of
land in New Zealand aforesaid, containing one rood
more or less, and being Allotment number two
hundred and twenty of Section two, Town of Taura-
ga, and being the whole of the land contained in
Volume fourteen, folio sixty of the Register-book, in
the District Land Registry Office at Auckland.
Also all that piece or parcel of land situate in the
Parish of Te Papa, Cook's County, containing two
roods, more or less, and being Lots two hundred and
twenty-one and two hundred and twenty-two of
Section two, Town of Tauranga, and being the whole
of the land described in Volume seventeen, folio one
hundred and seventy of the Register-book, in the
District Land Registry Office at Auckland. Also all
that piece or parcel of land in the Colony of New
Zealand, containing by admeasurement twenty-two
perches, more or less, and being Allotment number
twenty-seven of the Town of Tauranga, in the Parish
of Te Papa, Cook's County; bounded on the North-
east by Allotment number twenty-six, ninety-two
feet and six inches; on the South-east by Allotment
number twenty-eight, sixty-six feet; on the South-
west by Allotment number thirty, ninety-two feet
and six inches; and on the North-west by a street,
sixty-six feet. Together with all the buildings and
erections thereon.

And I also hereby give notice that I intend to
cause the said lands to be sold at the auction-rooms
of Messrs. Samuel Cochrane and Sons, Fort Street,
Auckland, on Monday, the 27th day of June, 1881,
at twelve o'clock noon, unless the debt and costs be
sooner paid.

The Solicitor for the Execution Creditor is Frederick
William Brookfield, of Colonial Bank Buildings,
Queen Street, Auckland.
