MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS REGISTRATION

I, ARTHUR RICHARDSON, M.D. of the
University of Brussels, Licentiate of the Royal
College of Physicians of Edinburgh, Member of the
Royal College of Surgeons of England, and Licenti-
ate of the Society of Apothecaries, London, now
residing at Wynyard House, Eden Crescent, Auck-
land, hereby give notice of my intention to apply to
the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, Auck-
land, with whom I have deposited my diplomas, to
be registered under the Medical Practitioners Regis-
tration Act about the 1st July, 1881.

BY order of the Council of the County of Tua-
peka, I hereby declare the following road to be
a County Road : Road leading through Matheson's
and McDonald's to Bowbell Creek.

I, COLIN MCKENZIE GORDON, Sheriff of the Dis-
trict of Otago, hereby give notice that, under a
writ of fieri facias duly issued out of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, Otago and Southland Dis-
trict, at Dunedin, in an action, No. 66, wherein JOHN
BLYTH is Plaintiff, and JOHN BLYTH, the younger, is
Defendant, I have taken in execution, at the suit of the
said John Blyth, the Execution Creditor, the estate
and interest of the said John Blyth, the younger,
being an undivided moiety as joint tenant in fee-
simple in all that piece of land situated in the Town-
ship of Roslyn, containing by admeasurement one
rood, be the same a little more or less, being Allot-
ment numbered thirteen, Block two, on the plan of
the said township deposited in the Lands Registry
Office at Dunedin; bounded towards the West-
north-west by Michie Street, one hundred links;
towards the North-north-east by Allotment num-
bered fourteen, two hundred and fifty links;
towards the East-south-east by Allotment numbered
four, one hundred links; and towards the South-
south-west by Allotment numbered twelve, two
hundred and fifty links: as the same is more par-
ticularly described and set forth in the certificate of
title thereof, Register-book, Volume xxv., folio 274.

And I hereby also give notice that I intend to
cause the said estate and interest of the said John
Blyth, the younger, to be sold at the auction-rooms
of Messrs Bastings, Leary, and Co., in High Street,
Dunedin, aforesaid, on Saturday, the second day of
July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, at
two o'clock in the afternoon, unless the debt, interest,

and costs payable by virtue of the said judgment be
sooner paid.

The Solicitor for the Execution Creditor is Mr.
J. B. Callan, of Jetty Street, Dunedin, aforesaid.

Dated this twenty-third day of May, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-one.

I, RICHMOND BEETHAM, Sheriff of the District of
Timaru, do hereby give notice that, under a
writ of fieri facias duly issued out of the Supreme
Court at the suit of RUPERT CAMERON and JOHN
CAMERON, both of Waimate, in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Canterbury, carrying on business there in
partnership as General Storekeepers, under the style
or firm of "Cameron Brothers," against JOHN
McKENZIE and SAMUEL DARRACK, both of Waimate
aforesaid, Contractors, I have taken in execution the
fee-simple of the said Samuel Darrack in all that
piece or parcel of land situated in the District of
Waitangi, being part of Rural Section No. 2697,
and being the whole of the land comprised in certi-
ficate of title, Register-book, Vol. xxxii., folio 23.

And I hereby also give notice that I intend to cause
the said land to be sold at the auction-rooms of Mr.
John Manchester, in Waimate, aforesaid, on Saturday,
the second day of July, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-one, at two o'clock in the afternoon,
unless the debt be sooner paid.

The Solicitors for the Execution Creditors are
Messrs. White and Jameson, of the Main South Road,
Timaru.

Dated this eighteenth day of May, one thousand

MORGAN, formerly of Tuapeka West, in the said
Provincial District of Otago, but now of Melbourne,
in the Colony of Victoria, Farmer, in all that piece
or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago
aforesaid, containing by admeasurement one hundred
and eight acres one rood and twelve poles, more or
less, situate in the Tuapeka West District, being
Section numbered twenty-eight (28), Block five (V.),
on the map of the said district; bounded towards the
North-east by a road-line, 2220 links; towards the
East by Section numbered twenty-nine, 5451 links;
towards the South by Section numbered forty-one,
