Members of the Licensing Courts for the Licensing
Districts of Alexandra and Clyde, in lieu of the
persons appointed by warrant dated the twenty-
second day of May, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty; and the said persons hereby appointed shall,
with the Chairmen, form the Licensing Courts for
the said districts: And I do further hereby declare
that any three members of the said Licensing Courts
shall form a quorum thereof.

of the said district, in lieu of the Mechanics' Hall,
Hampden.
