In the matter of "The Limited Liability Joint-Stock
Companies Dissolution Act, 1872," and in the
matter of the affidavit and application of ALFRED
JAMES SAMUEL HEADLAND, Chairman of the Even-
ing and Weekly Mail Company (Limited).
I HEREBY notify that no objection to such appli-
cation having been made and lodged with me as
by the said Act is required, I do now declare such
Company to be dissolved.

I, RICHMOND BEETHAM, Sheriff of the District of
Timaru, do hereby give notice that, under a
writ of fieri facias duly issued out of the Supreme
Court at the suit of RUPERT CAMERON and JOHN
CAMERON, both of Waimate, in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Canterbury, carrying on business there in
partnership as General Storekeepers, under the style
or firm of "Cameron Brothers," against JOHN
MCKENZIE and SAMUEL DARRACK, both of Waimate
aforesaid, Contractors, I have taken in execution the
fee-simple of the said Samuel Darrack in all that
piece or parcel of land situated in the District of
Waitangi, being part of Rural Section No. 2697,
and being the whole of the land comprised in certi-
ficate of title, Register-book, Vol. xxxii., folio 23.
And I hereby also give notice that I intend to cause
the said land to be sold at the auction-rooms of Mr.
John Manchester, in Waimate, aforesaid, on Saturday,
the second day of July, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-one, at two o'clock in the afternoon,
unless the debt be sooner paid.
The Solicitors for the Execution Creditors are
Messrs. White and Jameson, of the Main South Road,
Timaru.
Dated this eighteenth day of May, one thousand

I, COLIN MCKENZIE GORDON, Sheriff of the District
of Otago, do hereby give notice that, under a writ
of fieri facias duly issued out of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, at the
suit of ANDREW FERGUSON and JOHN THOMPSON,
carrying on business at Lawrence, in the Provincial
District of Otago, as Auctioneers and Estate Agents,
I have taken in execution the fee-simple of THOMAS
MORGAN, formerly of Tuapeka West, in the said
Provincial District of Otago, but now of Melbourne,
in the Colony of Victoria, Farmer, in all that piece
or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago
aforesaid, containing by admeasurement one hundred
and eight acres one rood and twelve poles, more or
less, situate in the Tuapeka West District, being
Section numbered twenty-eight (28), Block five (V.),
on the map of the said district; bounded towards the
North-east by a road-line, 2220 links; towards the
East by Section numbered twenty-nine, 5451 links;
towards the South by Section numbered forty-one,
1844 links; and towards the West by Sections num-
bered respectively thirty and forty-two, Block eleven,
6542 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
And I hereby also give notice that I intend to
cause the said land to be sold at the auction-rooms
of Messrs. Bastings, Leary, and Co., at Lawrence
aforesaid, on Saturday, the twenty-fifth day of June,
1881, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, unless the debt
be sooner paid.
The Solicitors for the Execution Creditors are
Messrs. Howorth and Hodgkins, Stafford Chambers,
No. 73, Princes Street, in the City of Dunedin.
