THE INVINCIBLE QUARTZ-MINING COMPANY
(LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that the Directors of the
above Company, at a meeting held on Saturday,
the 14th day of May, 1881, decided that a call be
made on this the 20th day of May, 1881, of sixpence
per ordinary share; and that the same is payable at
the registered office of the Company, Ballarat Street,
Queenstown, on or before Wednesday, the 8th day
of June, 1881.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Extended Gold-Mining Company
as a Limited Company under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Extended Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Waitahuna Gully.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Irvine Street, Lawrence.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is five thousand
    pounds, in five thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is five thousand.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is two thousand five hundred
    pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is John Carse Arbuckle.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,

register the Perseverance Gold-Mining Com-
pany as a Limited Company under the provisions of
"The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Perseverance Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at the Tiki, County of Coro-
    mandel.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Coromandel.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is fourteen thousand
    pounds in fourteen thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is fourteen thousand,
    being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares
    in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is nil.
  8. The name of the Manager is William Horne.
