NOTICE.---WILLIAM GOODFELLOW, of San Fran-
cisco, in the State of California, America, an
Attorney-at-Law of the Courts of Justice of the
United States of America, has been this day ap-
pointed by his Honor the Chief Justice a Commis-
sioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in the
said State, under the second section of "The Com-
missioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875," for
the purpose of administering and taking all such
oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said
section mentioned.

Attorney-at-Law of the Courts of Justice of the
United States of America, has been this day
appointed by his Honor the Chief Justice a Com-
missioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in
the said State, under the fourth section of "The
Commissioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875," for
the purpose of taking acknowledgments of married
women under any Act or law in force in the Colony
of New Zealand requiring such acknowledgments to
be made or taken.
