General Meeting of the Shareholders in the
above Company is hereby convened to be held at the

offices of Messrs. Palmerson and Scott, the Square,
Palmerston North, on Monday, the 6th day of June,
1881, at 2 p.m., to confirm the following resolution
passed at an extraordinary meeting of the Share-
holders, held on Thursday, the 14th day of April,
1881, namely, "That the above-named Company be
wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. HENRY SUGERS
PALMERSON be appointed Liquidator."

Companies Dissolution Act, 1872," and in the
matter of the affidavit and application of ALFRED
JAMES SAMUEL HEADLAND, Chairman of the Even-

I HEREBY notify that no objection to such appli-
cation having been made and lodged with me as
by the said Act is required, I do now declare such
Company to be dissolved.

any other materials.
WILLIAM COOK DEAN and JOHN MATTHEW DEAN,
both of Cashel Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, Tin-
plate Workers, have deposited at this office a specifica-
tion of the said invention, and I have appointed Friday,
the 26th day of August next, at ten o'clock in the
forenoon, at this office, to hear the said application
and all objections thereto; and I require all persons
having an interest in opposing the grant of such
Letters Patent to leave, on or before the 22nd day
of August next, at this office, particulars in writing of
their objections to the said application, otherwise
they will be precluded from urging the same.
