THE ALBION GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS.

THE Directors of this Company have this day made
a call of threepence per share, and the same will
be due and payable at the offices of the Company,
Panama Street, Wellington, on Wednesday, the 8th
June, 1881, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Crœsus Quartz-Mining Company
(Limited) as a Limited Company under the provi-
sions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Crœsus Quartz-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is situate on the Alpine Range,
    Lyell, County of Buller.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Lyell, County of Buller.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is eighteen thousand
    pounds in eighteen thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is eighteen thousand.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount considered as paid up is nine thousand
    pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is James Inglis.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,

register the Lyell Creek Extended Quartz-
Mining Company as a Limited Company under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872.-"

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Lyell Creek
    Extended Quartz-Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is a special claim situated
    on the Alpine Range, Lyell, north and east of the ground of the
    United Alpine Quartz-Mining Company (Limited).
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Broadway, Reefton, in the County of Inangahua.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four
    thousand pounds, in forty-eight thousand shares of ten shillings
    each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is forty-eight
    thousand, being the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount of capital considered to be paid up is twelve
    thousand pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is Patrick Brennan.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are
    as follow:-

register the Pipeclay Channel Company as
a Limited Company under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Pipeclay Channel
    Company (Limited).

  2. The place of operations is at Bannockburn, near Crom-
    well.

  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Melmore Street, Cromwell.

  4. The nominal capital of the Company is one thousand
    two hundred and fifty pounds in fifty shares of twenty-five
    pounds each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is forty-eight, being
    not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the
    Company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.

  7. The amount already paid up is two pounds per share,
    viz., £96.

  8. The name of the Manager is Charles Colclough.
