THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
Schoolmaster, the Plaintiff in the said action, under
and by virtue of a writ of fieri facias issued out of
the said Supreme Court in the said action, in pursu-
ance of the provisions of "The Execution against
Real Estate Act, 1880," for the sum of £486 14s. 2½d.,
with interest upon the said sum at the rate of £8 per
centum per annum from the 15th day of June, 1880,
besides Sheriff's poundage, officers' fees, and other
incidental expenses and costs: Now I do hereby
give notice that it is my intention to cause all the
estate and interest of the said John Smith, being the
fee-simple, subject to the payment of the sum of £150
and interest thereon, secured by a memorandum of
mortgage under the provisions of "The Land Trans-
fer Act, 1870," and the Acts amending the same, of
and in all that piece or parcel of land containing
100 acres or thereabouts, being the Rural Section
No. 34759 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the
said provincial district, setting out the rural land in
the County of Akaroa, as comprised in or held under
the license to occupy the same, to be sold by public
auction, by Messrs. H. Matson and Co., at their sale-
rooms, Cashel Street, Christchurch, on Saturday, the
fourth day of June next, at two o'clock in the after-
noon, unless the above-mentioned debt and costs be
sooner paid. And I do hereby also give notice that
Henry Cotterill, of Manchester Street, in the City of
Christchurch, in the said provincial district, is the
Solicitor of the said Thomas Hamilton Macmillan,
the Execution Creditor.
Given under the authority of me, the under-
signed Andrew Roby Bloxam, Deputy Sheriff
of the Canterbury District of New Zealand,
this twenty-seventh day of April, 1881.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
subsisting between the undersigned HENRY
ROBJOHNS and GEORGE ELLIS, as Brewers, at Napier,
in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, in the
Colony of New Zealand, under the style or firm of
"Robjohns and Ellis," has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the first day of April, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-one. The business will in
future be carried on by the said Henry Charles
Robjohns alone.
