I the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Castle Rock Gold-Mining Com-
pany (Limited) as a Limited Company under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Castle Rock
Gold-Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at the Tiki, Coromandel Gold
Field. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
pounds, in twelve thousand shares of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand,
being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is James Stodart.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as
follow:-

Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zea-
land. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
the New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Auckland, in
the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New Zea-
land. - The nominal capital of the Company is eighteen thousand
pounds sterling, in eighteen thousand shares of one pound
sterling each. - The number of shares subscribed for is eighteen thou-
sand, being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,

this office a specification of the said invention, and I
have appointed Friday, the 16th day of September
next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, at this office, to
hear the said application and all objections thereto;
and I require all persons having an interest in
opposing the grant of such Letters Patent to leave,
on or before the 12th day of September next, at this
office, particulars in writing of their objections to
the said application, otherwise they will be precluded
from urging the same.

(LIMITED).
In the matter of "The Limited Liability Joint-Stock
Companies Dissolution Act, 1872," and in the
matter of the affidavit and application of ALFRED
JAMES SAMUEL HEADLAND, Chairman of the Even-
ing and Weekly Mail Company (Limited).
I HEREBY notify that no objection to such appli-
cation having been made and lodged with me as
by the said Act is required, I do now declare such
Company to be dissolved.

TELEGRAPH NEWSPAPER COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at a general meet-
ing of Shareholders held at Morton's Hotel,
Christchurch, on Friday evening, the 22nd April, 1881,
the following resolutions were passed:-
"1. That the Telegraph Newspaper Company
(Limited) be voluntarily wound up, and a Liquidator
appointed."
"2. That JOHN CALVER REYCRAFT be appointed
Liquidator."
Notice is hereby further given that a meeting of
Shareholders will be held at Morton's Hotel, Christ-
church, on Monday evening, the 23rd May, 1881, at
7.30, to confirm above-mentioned special resolutions.
