register the Orepuki Coal and Shale Company
(Limited) as a Limited Company under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

The name of the Company is to be the Orepuki Coal and
Shale Company (Limited). -
The place of operations is at Orepuki, in the County of
Wallace. -
The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Invercargill. -
The nominal capital of the Company is fifteen thousand
pounds, in thirty thousand shares of ten shillings each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is twenty thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
the Company. -
