NOTICE.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, April 5th, 1881.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made the 18th day of May, 1880, it was ordered by His Excellency
the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874,"
"The Native Land Act, 1878," and "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," that the claim of Hori Raerena,
to succeed to the interest of Raniera Raerena deceased, in certain real estate to wit, two wooden houses and
one raupo house, situate at or in the neighbourhood of Uawa, heard and determined by the Native Land
Court of New Zealand, at Uawa, Tologa Bay, on the 12th day of March, 1879, should be reheard before
the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 18th day of May, 1881:
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Uawa, Tologa Bay,
on the 12th day of May next, for the rehearing of the aforementioned claim.

and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, at Ohaeawai, in the said district, on the 23rd
day of January, 1880, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place
before the 18th day of May, 1881:
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of this Court will be held at Ohaeawai, Bay of Islands, on the
17th day of May next, for the rehearing of the abovenamed claim.

or known by the name of Little Barrier, situated over against Cape Rodney, in the Northernmost part of
