NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, April 5th, 1881.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 18th day of May, 1880, it was ordered by His Excel-
lency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874,"
"The Native Land Act, 1878," and "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," that the claim of Hoera Te
Mimiha and others, to a piece of land called Te Waka a Tiki Te Aroha; the claim of Meha Te Moananui
and others, to a piece of land called Otamaurunganui; the claim of Timiuha Taiwhakaea and others, to a
piece of land called Takapau; and the claim of Hoera Te Mimiha aforesaid, and others, to a piece of land
called Manuka No. 3, should be heard before the Native Land Court of New Zealand, and that such
rehearings shall take place before the 18th day of May, 1881. These lands are all situate at Ohinemuri,
Hauraki, and were adjudicated upon by the said Court at Shortland, during the months of July, August,
and September, 1878 :
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Nat.ve Land Court will be held at Shortland, on the
6th day of May next for the rehearing of the aforenamed claim.
