DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
hitherto existing between the undersigned,
CHARLES ANTONIE THOMAS and SALVATORE CIMINO,
the Younger, at Wellington, as Hotelkeepers, under
the style or firm of "Thomas and Cimino," is hereby
dissolved by mutual consent. All liabilities in con-
nection with the said partnership will be discharged
by the said Salvatore Cimino, the Younger, who will
also receive, all debts due to the said partnership,
and will in future carry on the said business upon
his own account.

Dated at Wellington, this 24th day of February,
1881.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Copartnership
carried on for some time past at No, 5, Cop-
thall Buildings in London, in England, and in Christ-
church, in the Colony of New Zealand, by GEORGE
BENNETT, of London, and JOHN AIKEN and JOHN
CONNAL, of Christchurch, under the style or firm of
"Edwards, Bennett, and Co.," expired by effluxion
of time on the 31st day of December, 1880. Messrs.
George Bennett and John Aiken, who continue to
carry on business at the places aforesaid, under the
style or firm of "Edwards, Bennett, and Co.," will
discharge and settle all debts due to and by the said
copartnership concern.

Dated at Christchurch, New Zealand, this 18th
day of March, 1881.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
lately existing between THOMAS WEBB DRAPER
and WILLIAM WOMBWELL CHARTERS, as Accountants
and Commission Agents, was dissolved by the death
of the said Thomas Webb Draper, as from the 10th
day of February last past.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom Post Office Money Orders should
be made payable.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued,
and, under any circumstances, are subject to a reduction at the
rate of one shilling in the pound.

NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
