PORT NICHOLSON MINING INVESTMENT COMPANY
(LIMITED).
N OTICE is hereby given that, by special resolution
of Shareholders carried at an extraordinary
general meeting held on the 7th February last, and con-
firmed at a second meeting held on the 10th March
current, it was decided that the above-mentioned
Company should be wound up voluntarily; and that
Mr. DAVID THOMSON STUART should be the Liqui-
dator of the same.

W E hereby apply for a Gold-mining Lease of the
lands hereinafter described, in accordance with
the Gold-Mining Leases Regulations of New Zea-
land, and we agree, upon the approval of this applica-
tion, to execute a lease upon the basis therein stated,
if the Governor shall think fit to grant the same.
