All that parcel of land at Waiapu, in the District
of Waiapu, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
known by the name of Korakonui, containing by
admeasurement 725 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North-west and North by the Wai-
ngakia River, 15700 links; towards the East by Te
Roto Block, 7400 links; towards the South by Te
Angaanga Block, 9994 links; and towards the South-
west by the Arawhawhati Block and a stream, 5372
links.

TE ROTO.

All that parcel of land at Waiapu, in the District
of Waiapu, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
known by the name of Te Roto, containing by ad-
measurement 1,190 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by the Waingakia River, 6100
links; towards the East by the Horehore Block,
17617 links; towards the South-east by the Mata
River, 6900 links; and towards the West by Te
Roto Stream, Te Anganga Block, and the Korakonui
Block, 24637 links.

WAIHORA No. 2.

All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial of Auckland, known by the
name of Waihora No. 2, containing by admeasure-
ment 8,905 acres, more or less. Bounded towards
the North by the Motumuka Stream and the Arakihi
Block, 2194 links; towards the East by the Waimata
North Block 5969 links, 17217 links, and 4854 links,
and by the Waimata West Block 9509 links and
3473 links; towards the South-west by a line bearing
307° 18' magnetic to the Waihora No. 2B Block;
towards the West by the Waihora No. 2B Block to
the Waihora River; thence by the Waihora River to
its junction with the Motumate Stream; thence by
the Motumate Stream to its junction with the Motu-
muka and Matai Streams, the point of commencement.

WAIMATA NORTH.

All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known
by the name of Waimata North, containing by ad-
measurement 10,000 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by the Arakihi Block, 1934 links,
1046 links, 1460 links, and 860 links, and the Manga-
rara Stream; towards the East by the western
boundary of the Waimata North No. 1 Block;
towards the Sonth by the Waimata River; towards
the West by the Mangahouku Stream, the Waimata
West Block, 4868 links, 2367 links, 4427 links, 7967
links, 6819 links, and the Waihora No. 2 Block, 2065
links, 2789 links, 11217 links, 5969 links, to the
point of commencement.

WAIMATA EAST NO. 1.

All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known
by the name of Waimata East No. 1, containing by
admeasurement 5,000 acres, more or less. Bounded
on the North by the Waimata River from the Umu-o-
Rakaimuri Stream to the mouth of Te Kowhai Stream;
thence by Te Kowhai Stream to the Waimata North
No. 1 Block, 885 links, 472 links, 1915 links, 540
links, 1748 links, 2238 links, 4037 links, 1466 links,
770 links, 772 links, 1922 links, 1593 links, 1712
links, 739 links, 485 links, 605 links, 759 links, and
7377 links, to the north-western boundary of the
Umu-o-Waitu Block; towards the South-east by the
said boundary to the Mangaorangi Stream; towards
the South by the Mangaorangi Stream; towards the
West by the Mangaorangi Stream and Waimata
River to the point of commencement.

WAIMATA SOUTH NO. 1.

All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known
by the name of Waimata South No. 1, containing by
admeasurement 4,465 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by the Waimata River and
Mangaorangi Stream; towards the East by the
western boundary of the Pukeakura Block; towards
the South and West by the Waimata River and the
Mangahouku Stream, the point of commencement.

WAIMATA WEST.

All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known
by the name of Waimata West, containing by ad-
measurement 8,520 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by the Hukanui Stream; thence
by lines, 1820 links, 4613 links, 10167 links, 2643
links; thence by the Waihora No. 2 Block, 4602
links, 9274 links, and 6819 links; towards the East
by the Waimata North Block, 7967 links, 4427 links,
2367 links, 4868 links; thence by the Mangahouku
Stream to the Waimata River, thence by the Wai-
mata River; towards the South by the Waimata
River to the Mangaehu Stream; thence by the said
stream and Waimata West No. 2 Native Reserve,
9000 links, to Omarutipi; towards the West by the
Ngakaroa Block, 5795 links, 4560 links, 3610 links,
and 3965 links, to the Mangataikehu Stream; thence
along the said stream to its junction with the Tapui-
tao Stream; towards the North-west by lines, 7635
links and 6170 links, to the point of commencement
on the Hukanui Stream.

WAIKOHU MATAWAI.

All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known
by the name of Waikohu Matawai, containing by ad-
measurement 41,479 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by the Rangiriri Stream to its
junction with the Waikohu River; thence by the
Waikohu River to the Waikohu Matawai No. 1
Block; towards the East by the Waikohu Matawai
No. 1 Block, 14459 links, and a line, 14419 links;
thence by the Waikohu Block, 12789 links; thence
by the Hihiroroa Block, 9442 links; towards the
South by the Wharekopae Block, 32375 links, 14448
links, and 37440 links, to Mangatapere; towards the
South-west by a line, 11180 links, to the Koronga
Stream; thence by the Koronga Stream to the east-
ern boundary of the Motu Block; towards the
North-west by the Motu Block, 49525 links, to the
point of commencement: excepting out of the here-
inbefore-described area the following reserves: 1,300
acres to be granted to Atareta Ruru; 1,300 acres to
be granted to Wiremu Kingi; 3,400 acres to be
granted to Arapera Pere and Rangikohera; and 900
acres to be granted to Patoromu Noti and Rawiri
Noti.

MOTU.

All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known
by the name of Motu, containing by admeasurement
63,392 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the
North by the Motu River from the point where the
Gisborne-Opotiki Road strikes the Motu River, near
the mouth of the Waiwhero Stream, to the mouth of
the Kaitaura Stream; thence towards the East by
the said stream and by a line, 49525 links, to the
Rangiriri Stream; thence towards the South by the
Rangiriri Stream to the Waikohu Matawai Block;
thence by the Waikohu Matawai Block, 105830 links,
to the Koronga Stream; towards the South-west by
the Koronga Stream; thence towards the West by
a line 80170 links, and a line 5300 links; thence
by the Motu No. 2 Block, 25718 links, to the Motu
