SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Auckland, bounded towards the North by the sea
from Wairakei to Trig. Station No. 17; thence
towards the East by a right line bearing south
3° 28' 30" west to Trig. Station Te Kapua on the
Kaituna River, said line being part of the western
boundary of the Kaituna Block; thence by the said
Kaituna River and the Waiari River; towards the
South by the Oturuturu and Mangatoi Creeks to a
point bearing north 109° 46' east from Trig. Station
No. 15 on Otanewainuku; thence by a right-line to
said Trig. Station No. 15; thence towards the North-
west by trig. station on Otara; and thence by a
right line to Wairakei on the coast, at the eastern
corner of Papamoa Block, the point of commence-
ment.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this sixteenth day of December,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
one.

"Highways Act, 1874" (Auckland), brought into
Operation in the Te Puke District, County of
Tauranga.

ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers and
authorities vested in me by an Act of the Pro-
vince of Auckland intituled "The Highways Act,
1874," and by "The Abolition of Provinces Act
1875," I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify that I
do hereby bring the said "Highways Act, 1874,"
into operation in the Te Puke Highway District;
and I further notify that I do hereby appoint the
fourteenth day of January, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-two, at six o'clock in the after-
noon, at the Te Puke Pioneer Store, to be the day,
hour, and place for the first meeting of ratepayers
for the said district; and I appoint William Malo de
R. Barclay to be the Chairman of such meeting.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this sixteenth day of December,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
one.

Vaccination Stations appointed, Mangapai, Palmerston North, Waimea, and Blackstone.

ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, Arthur
Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several places
mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto as and to be places at which Public Vaccinators
appointed for the respective districts mentioned in the first column of the said Schedule shall attend for
the performance of vaccination, as required by the said Act; and I do hereby give notice that each such
Public Vaccinator will attend at the respective places aforesaid, for the purpose of performing such
vaccination, on the days and at the hours set forth in the third column of the said Schedule opposite the
name of each such place; and, further, that at such place as last aforesaid the Public Vaccinator will attend
for the purpose of inspecting the progress of such vaccination in the persons so vaccinated on the days and
at the hours respectively set forth in the fourth column of the said Schedule opposite the name of each
such place.
