All that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 2 acres 1 rood 14 perches, situate in
the Survey District of Komakorau, being portion of
Lot 242, Parish of Kirikiroa, commencing at a point
100 links in a south-easterly direction from the north-
west corner of said lot. Bounded—Generally North-
westerly by lines, 887, 497, 498, and 250 links re-
spectively; North-easterly by a line, 115 links ;
generally South-easterly by lines, 289, 504, 502, and
876 links respectively; South-westerly by a line to
commencing point, 100 links.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 19 acres and 11 perches more or less,
situate in the Survey District of Komakorau, being
portion of Lot 302, Parish of Kirikiroa, commencing
at a point 896 links in a south-easterly direction
from the northernmost corner of Lot 242. Bounded
—Generally North-westerly by lines, 247, 499, 496,
498, 497, 497, 497, 497, 498, 421, 5488, 536, 1595,
and 489 links respectively; North-easterly by a
line, 84 links; generally South-easterly by a road
367, 1667, 501, 5488, and 1170 links, and by lines
63, 254, 502, 503, 503, 504, 501, 505, and 213
links respectively; South-westerly by a line to com-
mencing point, 115 links.
All those pieces or parcels of land containing by
admeasurement, in all, 71 acres 1 rood 18 perches,
more or less, situate in the Survey Districts of Ko-
makorau and Maungakawa, being portion of the
New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Com-
pany's land, Parish of Kirikiriroa, viz. :—
All that piece or parcel of land commencing at a
point 2869 links in a south-easterly direction from the
northernmost corner of Lot 302. Bounded—Gene-
rally South-westerly, North-westerly, and North-
easterly by lines, 310, 3950, 2050, 1950, 4001, 4371,
3000, 2009, 3000, 1276, 1734, 4586, 230, 1648, 230,
767, 3712, 549, 3493, 7000, 5061, 459, and 425 links
respectively; generally South-easterly and South-
westerly by lines to commencing point, 201, 5284,
7000, 3769, 4002, 649, 140, 1664, 143, 4486, 1734,
1276, 3000, 2009, 3000, 4371, 4001, 1950, 2050,
3950, 309, and 84 links respectively.
Also all that second piece or parcel of land com-
mencing at the point of junction of the north-east and
north-west sides of two roads. Bounded—South-
westerly by a road, 375 links; generally North-
westerly by lines, 1406, 505, 583, and 2364 links
respectively; North-easterly by a line, 119 links;
South-easterly by a road to commencing point, 2301,
613, 180, and 1679 links respectively.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 20 acres 3 roods 34 perches, situate
in the Survey District of Maungakawa, being portion
of the Motumaho Block No. 1, 3225, Parish of
Kirikiriroa, commencing at a point on the south-
western boundary of Motumaho Block aforesaid at
the northernmost corner of last-described parcel of
land. Bounded—North-westerly by a line, 12636
links; North-easterly by a line, 143 links; South-
easterly by a line 3000 links, and a road 30 and
9672 links respectively; South-westerly by a line to
commencing point, 119 links or thereabouts.
Areas and linkages of the above parcels of land
being either more or less, and the several parcels of
land being situate in the Provincial District of
Auckland, Colony of New Zealand; and are more
particularly delineated upon the plan marked
P.W.D. 9638, deposited in the office of the Minister
for Public Works at Wellington, in the Provincial
District of Wellington.

Court, Upper Wanganui.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and au-
thority in me vested in this behalf by "The
Resident Magistrates Act, 1867," I, Arthur Hamil-
ton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from
and after the first day of January proximo, the
jurisdiction of the Resident Magistrate's Court for
the Upper Wanganui District, as the same is defined
in a Proclamation bearing date the third day of No-
vember, one thousand eight hundred and eighty,
shall be extended to one hundred pounds.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the
