SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Auckland, December 5th, 1881.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Whangarei, in the District
of Whangarei, on the 2nd day of February next, will be heard the applications of the persons
whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown
grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named
in the third column.

HAVING considered the application of Epeniha Ratapu and others in this behalf, dated the 3rd day of
October, 1881, and received by me on the 25th day of November, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim
to the block of land called Waione, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Uawa, on the 6th day of June, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The
Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
