HAVING considered the application of Te Otene Te Waka and others in this behalf, dated the 21st day
of June, 1881, and received by me on the 5th day of July, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the
block of land called Waipawa, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Gisborne, on the 26th day of April, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by
"The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

Waipawa, i te Takiwa o Popati Pei, he mea tuhituhi mai taua tono i te 21 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, i
tae mai nei ki ahau i te 5 o nga ra o Hurae, 1881, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki
Turanganui, i te 26 o nga ra o Aperira, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti
Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application having been made to me by Hoera Mahirahi and others,
dated the 18th day of October last, and received by me on the 24th day of the same month, for the
rehearing of the Whaiti Kuranui No. 2 Block, and the 11th instant having been fixed by me for making
inquiries in this behalf, at Cambridge, of which due notice was given, and sufficient grounds for a rehearing
not having been set forth, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court
Act, 1880," dismiss the application.

Oketopa, 1881, a i tae mai ki ahau i te 24 o nga ra o taua marama ano. No reira i whakaritea e ahau kia
tu tetahi whakawa ki Kemureti i te 11 onga ra o te marama nei, hei kimi marie maku i nga tikanga o taua
tono, me whakawa tuarua ranei taua whenua, me kore ranei, a i puta he panui mo taua whakawa kia mohio
nga tangata katoa. Na i te tuunga o taua whakawa kahore i marama i ahau nga take i whakaarahia ai e
ratou mo te whakawa tuarua o taua whenua, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti
Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

the 3rd day of October last, and received by me on the 8th day of the same month, for the
rehearing of the Haupapa (Whaiti Kuranui No. 6A) Block, and the 11th instant having been fixed by me
for making inquiries in this behalf, at Cambridge, of which due notice was given, and the application having
been then withdrawn by the applicant, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native
Land Court Act, 1880," confirm the original Order.
