WELLINGTON, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10, 1881.
HAVING considered the application of Taekata Te Tokoihi in this behalf, dated the 12th day of August,
1881, and received by me on the 22nd day of August, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the block
of land called Tapuae in the District of Ohinemutu, which was decided by the Native Land Court at
Ohinemutu on the 14th day of July, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The
Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

HAVING considered the application of Wiremu Hape Tuwhangata and others in this behalf, dated the
21st day of July, 1881, and received by me on the 25th day of August, 1881, for the rehearing of a
claim to the block of land called Utanga No. 9, in the District of Rotorua, which was decided by the Native
Land Court at Ohinemutu, on the 20th day of July, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to
me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
