THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

held in the Schoolhouse, Sanson, on Friday, the 25th
day of November, 1881, at half-past 7 o'clock p.m.,
when the following resolution will be proposed,
viz., "That the Sandon Steam Flour-mill be sold,
and the Company wound up voluntarily, and that the
Directors be requested to give immediate effect to
this resolution." Liquidators will be appointed at
said meeting.

WAIPU UNION PROVIDENT SOCIETY (LIMITED).

In the matter of the dissolution of the Waipu Union
Provident Society (Limited), and of "The Indus-
trial and Provident Societies Act, 1877."

NOTICE is hereby given that, having received an
instrument of dissolution signed by three-
fourths of the Members of the above-named Society,
together with a statutory declaration made by three
Members and the Secretary of the said Society that
the provisions of "The Industrial and Provident
Societies Act, 1877," have been complied with, the
said Society is dissolved.
