Tuapeka Road District has been merged in the

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
which has for some time past been carried on
by the undersigned, JAMES CHARLES YORKE, PATRICK
GALVIN, and JOSEPH BRADEN INNES, under the firm
of "Galvin and Company," at Hawera, in the County
of Patea, in the business of Newspaper Proprietors,
Publishers, and General Printers, was this day dis-
solved by mutual concent, so far as concerns the said
Patrick Galvin ; and that in future the business will
be carried on by the said James Charles Yorke and
Joseph Braden Innes, in copartnership with Joseph
Armit, under the firm of "Armit, Innes, and Com-
pany," who will pay and receive all debts respectively
owing from or to the late firm.
