tangata o aua moni o te reti o taua Poraka. E hiahia ana matou kia whakawakia e te Kooti ana noho ki
Taupo.

NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, September 28th, 1880.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 4th day of February, 1880, it was ordered by His
Excellency in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," and
"The Native Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Renata Kawepa and others to a piece of land called Owhaoko,
situate at Patea, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 20th day of
December, 1876, at Porangahau, Hawke's Bay, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such
rehearing shall take place before the 31st day of October, 1880.
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Napier, Hawkes
Bay, on the 20th day of October next, for the rehearing of the above-named claim.

Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka tu te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Nepia, Haaki Pei, a te 29 o
nga ra o Ohetopa, 1880, ki te whakawa hou ano i taua piihi whenua.

in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," and "The Native
Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Haemeniu Pititi, and others, to succeed to the hereditaments of Te
Waka Kawatini, in a piece of land called Mangateretere West, situate at Mangateretere, in the District of
Hawkes Bay, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 22nd day of July,
1879, at Napier, in the said district, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing
shall take place before the 22nd day of January, 1881.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Napier, on the 29th
day of October next for the rehearing of the afore-named claim.
