SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point situate on the main line of
road, Opaki to Woodville, as proclaimed the 6th
January, 1875, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 1, of the 7th January, 1875, 10 chains
north of the Manawatu River, and proceeding thence
in a generally southerly direction across the Mana-
watu and Mangatainoko Rivers to a point 20 chains
south of the Mangatainoko River; the same being
more particularly delineated upon the plan marked
P.W.D. 7961, deposited as above.
Dated at Wellington, this twenty-second day of
September, 1880.

Authorizing Sale of Land of Special Value.

IN pursuance of section 14 of "The Land Act 1877
Amendment Act, 1879," I, James Prendergast,
Esq., Chief Justice of the Colony of New Zealand,
and Administrator of the Government thereof, do
hereby classify the sections of land mentioned in the
Schedule hereto as rural lands of special value, and
further do appoint that the said sections shall be
offered for sale by public auction at Hawera, on
Friday, the twenty-ninth day of October, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty, at an upset price of
four pounds per acre.

appointed (Otago).
