GREYMOUTH COAL-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
In the matter of "The Joint-Stock Companies
Dissolution Act, 1872," and in the matter of the
affidavit and application of George William Moss,
Secretary of the Greymouth Coal-Mining Company
(Limited).
I HEREBY notify that no objection to such
application having been made and lodged with
me, as by the said Act required, I do now declare
such Company to be dissolved.

NOTICE.—An Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Shareholders in the above Company is
hereby convened to be held at the Savings Bank-
room, Trafalgar Street, Nelson, on Wednesday,
the 22nd day of September, instant, at half-past 7
o'clock in the evening, to consider the following reso-
lution: "That the Richmond Hill Mining Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily."

register the Just-in-Time Quartz-Mining Com-
pany as a Limited Company under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Just-in-Time
Quartz-Mining Company (Limited). - The place of intended operations is at Hindon.
- The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Dunedin. - The nominal capital of the Company is eighteen hundred
pounds, in thirty-six shares of fifty pounds each. - The number of shares subscribed for is thirty-six, being
the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is thirty-six.
