it is found that any land taken under that Act is
not required for public use, the Governor may, by
an Order in Council publicly notified and gazetted,
cause the same to be sold under the conditions
therein set forth:
And whereas by the ninety-fourth section of the
said Act it is enacted that the land occupied by any
road stopped as provided by the said Act shall be
dealt with as provided by the twenty-ninth and fol-
lowing sections of the said Act in the case of lands
not required for public use:
And whereas the road, the land occupied by which
is described in the Schedule hereto, has been stopped
under the authority of the said Act:
And whereas the Highway Board of the Cambridge
Highway District has laid before the Governor the
memorial referred to in the twenty-ninth section of
the said Act, praying the Governor, by an Order in
Council, to cause such land to be sold:
Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise
and pursuance of the powers and authorities afore-
said, do hereby order and authorize the land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto to be sold and dealt
with in the manner and subject to the conditions of
the twenty-ninth and following sections of the said
Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 15 acres 3 roods, more or less, situated
in the Survey District of Hamilton, Provincial Dis-
trict of Auckland, commencing at the south-westerly
corner of Allotment No. 119. Bounded-Generally
North-easterly by lines, 15809 links; South-easterly
by the Waikato River, 105 links; generally South-
westerly by lines, 15686 links; Westerly by a public
road to commencing point, 100 links or thereabouts:
the same being more particularly delineated on the
map attached to the memorial above referred to.

links; North-westerly by a road, 100 links; North-
easterly by Section 82, 2416 links; South-easterly
to commencing point by a line, 100 links or there-
abouts.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 8 acres 1 rood 12 perches, more or
less, situated in the Parish of Tamahere, Survey Dis-
trict of Hamilton, commencing at a point distant
from the south-easternmost corner of Section 44,
130 links. Bounded-North-westerly by Section 45,
8291 links; Northerly by a public road, 115 links;
South-easterly by Sections 82 and 69, 8410 links;
Westerly to commencing point by a public road, 115
links or thereabouts.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 9 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or
less, situated in the Parish of Tamahere, Survey Dis-
trict of Hamilton, commencing at the westernmost
corner of Section 30. Bounded-North-westerly by
the Manga Onua Creek, 105 links; South-westerly
by Sections 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, and 38, 9717 links;
South-easterly by a public road, 100 links; North-
easterly to commencing point by Sections 32 and 30,
9725 links or thereabouts.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, situated in the
Parish of Tamahere, Survey District of Hamilton,
commencing at a point distant from the easternmost
corner of Section 44, 421 links. Bounded-Gene-
rally North-easterly and Northerly by Section 44,
1222 and 2821 links respectively; Westerly by a
line, 100 links; generally Southerly and South-
westerly by Section 44, 2798 and 1156 links re-
spectively; South-easterly to commencing point by
a road, 107 links or thereabouts.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or
less, situated in the Parish of Tamahere, Survey Dis-
trict of Hamilton, commencing at a point distant
from the north-easternmost corner of Section 43,
3187 links. Bounded-Northerly by Section 43,
4900 links; Westerly by a road, 100 links; Southerly
by Section 43, 4900 links; Easterly to commencing
point by a line, 100 links or thereabouts.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 2 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less,
situated in the Parish of Tamahere, Survey District
of Hamilton, commencing at a point distant from the
southernmost corner of Section 42, 1904 links.
Bounded-Generally South-westerly by Section 42,
1667 and 940 links respectively; generally Northerly
by a public road, 87 and 42 links respectively;
generally North-easterly by Section 42, 834 and
1640 links respectively; Easterly to commencing
point by a road, 100 links or thereabouts.
