Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-4, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a Court fixed to be holden at Kaihu Kaipara, on the 21st of
August next, the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose
names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land of
which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published
in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated.
The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Resident Magistrate's Court,
Kaihu.

Te Tana Manukau ... Te Kuri, near Te Wairoa ... Situated between Waimamaku and Ngatiaho,
in the District of Te Wairoa.
Matitikuha ... Waimanu, near Kaihu ... Commences at the Topuni River, and goes on
to Wharepake, then turns and goes on
towards the East to Te Rewarewa River,
then goes along in the Maeneene River to
Waimamo, and the boundary of Ngahoko-
whitu, thence to Te Karihi.
Eru Hiri, Meetu Harama, Hapairua, near Mangakahia Commences at the large river of Mangakahia,
Wetekia, and Rotohiko and goes on inland to Hapairua, then turns
Raro and goes on to Kopua Kawau, turns again,
and goes on to the large river of Manga-
kahia, thence to Te Kohamo, and goes on
to the commencing point.
Paora Kawharu ... Ahukaroro, near Te Awaroa Bounded on the North by Otamateanui; on
the East by Toukauri; on the South by
Pukekorari, and on the West by a road.

Ka oti te whakawa, ka puta te Tuhinga Whakamaharatanga Take ki te hunga i kitea tona tika e te
Kooti: heoi ano, he tino whakaotinga tena; e kore rawa e tika kia peke mai tetahi tangata ki muri. Ka
kitea nga mapi o nga whenua kua oti te ruri ki te Tari o te Kaiwhakawa Tuturu i Kaihu.
