THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
The following sections, without valuations, at the
upset prices below stated: 796, £6; 797, £5 10s.;
815, £6 15s.
A plan of the sections to be sold, and a list of the
valuations for improvements, with names of the
owners, can be seen at the Courthouse, Kumara,
and at the Land Office, Hokitika, to which occupiers
are referred for fuller information.
Occupiers who fail to purchase their sections will
not be entitled hereafter to any valuation for im-
provements.
