Commissioner of Supreme Court appointed.

NOTICE.—WILLIAM FITZGERALD, of Wellington,
in the Colony of New Zealand, a Solicitor of
the Supreme Court of the said colony, has been
appointed by his Honor the Chief Justice a Commis-
sioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, under
the fourteenth section of "The Conveyancing Ordi-
nance Amendment Act, 1860," for the purpose of
taking acknowledgments of married women under
any Act or law in force in the Colony of New Zea-
land requiring such acknowledgments to be made or
taken.
