- If, by resignation, death, or incapacity, or other-
wise, the office of Chairman shall be or become
vacant, the members may at any monthly or special
meeting appoint a Chairman. - All questions shall be determined by the majority
of votes of the members of the Board present at a
meeting.

ARCHIBALD VALENTINE
to be a Registrar of Dogs, under "The Otago Dog
Nuisance Ordinance, 1862," for the County of
Waikouaiti; and also to appoint the Waikouaiti
County Council Offices, Waikouaiti, to be the place
where the fees for registration shall be received.

to be Clerk at Te Awamutu of the Resident Magis-
trate's Court for the District of Waikato, and Clerk
of the Licensing Court for the District of Rangiaohia,
vice Constable T. Mold, resigned.
