LAND TAKEN FOR ROADS.

THE Pukekura District Board hereby give notice
of their intention, under "The Public Works
Act, 1876," to take for public roads all that piece or
parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3
roods and 3.84 perches, more or less, situate in the
Survey District of Hamilton, Provincial District of
Auckland, being portion of Sections 303 and 305,
Parish of Te Rapa; all that piece or parcel of land con-
taining by admeasurement 7 acres and 22 perches,
more or less, situate in the Survey District of Cam-
bridge, Provincial District of Auckland, being por-
tion of Sections 51, 52, 53, and 54, Parish of
Pukekura; all that piece or parcel of land con-
taining by admeasurement 3 acres and 12 perches,
more or less, situate in the Survey District of Cam-
bridge, Provincial District of Auckland, being portion
of Section 126, Parish of Pukekura; and all that
piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement
11 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or less, situate in
the Survey District of Cambridge, Provincial Dis-
trict of Auckland, being portion of Sections 151, 171,
and 192, Parish of Pukekura.

Plans of the proposed roads can be seen at the
residence of Mr. H. Fitzgerald, Pukerimu, and
written objections to the taking of the land or making
the roads must be left with the Chairman of the
District Board within forty days from this date.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
hitherto existing between the undersigned
THOMAS HARLAND WILSON and FRANCIS EDMOND
JAMES, in the City of Wellington, as Chemists and
Druggists, under the style or firm of "Wilson,
James, and Co.," is hereby dissolved by mutual con-
sent as from this date. The said Thomas Harland
Wilson, having purchased the share and interest of
the said Francis Edmond James in the said partner-
ship, will in future carry on the business on his own
account, and will discharge all liabilities of or in con-
nection with the said partnership.

The said Thomas Harland Wilson will receive all
debts due to the said partnership, and his receipt
shall be a sufficient discharge for the same.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
which has for some time past been carried on
by ISAAC FREDERIC DAWSON and ALEXANDER
MCDONALD, under the firm of "Dawson and McDon-
ald," at Geraldine, in the Provincial District of
Canterbury, New Zealand, in the trade or business
of Butchers, was this day dissolved by mutual con-
sent.

cine of the University of Cambridge, 1878;

Wellington, hereby give you notice, that it is my
intention to apply to you, on the 25th August,
1880, to have my name placed on the Medical Register
for the Colony of New Zealand; and that I have
deposited my evidence of qualification in the Regis-

SON, late of Dunsandel, Storekeepers, v. WILLIAM
ROBINSON, Executor of BERIA ROBINSON, late of
Riccarton, deceased, Labourer.

I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias
, duly issued out of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand at the suit of the CREDITORS' TRUSTEE
in BANKRUPTCY of the property of WILLIAM ROBIN-
SON and BERIA ROBINSON, late of Dunsandel, Store-
keepers, Plaintiff, of Christchurch, in the Canterbury
District, I have taken in execution the fee-simple of
the property of Beria Robinson, late of Riccarton, deceased, Labourer,
in all that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 acres, more or less, situate in the Christ-
church District of the said Province of Canterbury,
and being that part of the Rural Section numbered
145 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the said
province, setting out and describing the rural land in
the said district, now in the occupation of James
Robinson, of Addington; and that I intend to cause
the same to be sold at the office of H. Matson and
Co., at Christchurch aforesaid, on Saturday, the
twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty, at two o'clock in the after-
noon.

The Solicitors for the Execution Creditor are
Messrs. Wynn-Williams and Deacon, of Christ-
church, aforesaid.
