Private Advertisements.

ALTERATION OF ROAD.

THE Waimea Road Board hereby give notice that,
under the provisions of "The Public Works
Act, 1876," they intend stopping up the public road
lying between Sections 52, 53, 66, and XVI., on the
Plan of Suburban South, and taking land for a road
in exchange for a portion of the said road, 43 links
wide and 28 chains 40 links long, through and along
the south side of the said Section 53. Plan showing
the proposed alteration will be open to inspection at
the Turf Hotel, Stoke, on and after Monday, the 7th
instant.

Objections to the taking of such land to be sent in
writing to the undersigned, on or before the 15th
day of July next.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned
EDWARD WAUGH MILLET and EDWARD GEORGE
GRIFFITH, as Livery-stable Keepers, at Christchurch,
under the firm of "Millet and Griffith," has been
dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of
May last.

The business will henceforth be carried on by the
said Edward Waugh Millet on his own account.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between us, the undersigned FRANCIS
GEORGE PARRY LEACH and CHARLES HOUSTOUN
LEWIS, as Livery-stable Keepers, at Christchurch,
in New Zealand, under the firm of "Leach and
Lewis," was, on the 30th day of June last, dissolved
by mutual consent, and that all debts due and owing
to or by the late firm will be received and paid by
the said Francis George Parry Leach.
