(Limited) as a Limited Company under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

1. The name of the Company is to be the Luck's All Gold-
   Mining Company (Limited).

2. The place of operations is at the Thames Gold Field, in
   the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New
   Zealand.

3. The registered office of the Company will be situated in
   Shortland Street, Auckland.

4. The nominal capital of the Company is eight thousand
   pounds, in eight thousand shares of one pound each.

5. The number of shares subscribed for is eight thousand,
