Flat aforesaid, Farmer, deceased, has made applica-
tion to the District Land Registrar of the District of
Otago to be registered as Proprietor in fee-simple of
Section numbered 16, Block VII., on the map of the
District of Waitahuna East, also of Sections num-
bered respectively 1, 2, 3, 4, 17, and 26, Block VI.,

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore existing between the undersigned
FREDERICK LEWIS WEBSTER, WILLIAM DAWSON
WEBSTER, and WILLIAM KING HULKE, as Millers,
Cornfactors, and Seedsmen, under the firm of
"Websters and Hulke," has been dissolved by
mutual consent, as from the 31st day of December,
1879, so far as regards the said William King Hulke,
who has retired from the said copartnership.
The business will be carried on as heretofore by
Messrs. F. L. Webster and W. D. Webster, in co-
partnership with Mr. J. S. McKellar, under the firm
of "Websters and McKellar." All debts due to the
late firm must be paid before the 31st March, 1880,
to the said firm of Websters and McKellar, whose
receipt alone will be a sufficient discharge therefrom,
and who will discharge the liabilities of the late firm.
Dated at New Plymouth, this eighth day of

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
which has for some time past been carried on
by WILLIAM HENRY COLBECK and FRANCIS HULL,
Jun., under the style or firm of "Francis Hull, jun.,
and Co.," at Auckland, in the trade or business of
Merchants, Importers and Commission Agents, was
dissolved on the 1st day of October, 1879. All debts
and liabilities due by and to the late firm will be
discharged and received respectively by the firm of
Messrs. Hull Brothers, of Queen Street, Auckland,
Merchants.
