Description of Land. - Suburbs of Te Aroha: Soil
good, level, open, with a little swamp, easily drained;
in some of them many of these allotments front on to
the road following the Thames River, with good
landings. Rural Block XII.: Sections 15, 16, 20,
21, 26, 27, abut on the Thames River frontage road,
with good landings; soil good, especially along river.
The swamp in this block, which is nowhere deep, is
easily drained, with good natural fall to river.

NOTE.—Plans may be seen, and further particulars
of the land obtained, on application at this office.
Terms of sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to
be paid at the time of sale, and the balance within
one month thereafter, otherwise the part of the pur-
chase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited,
and the contract for the sale of the land shall hence-
forward be null and void.
Crown-grant fee to be paid on completion of pur-
chase.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one month from the date of the gazetting of
this notice.

ELLEN O'LEARY, of Spring Creek, in the Pro-
vincial District of Marlborough, Widow, claiming
as Administratrix of the estate of THOMAS O'LEARY,
late of Spring Creek, Farmer, deceased, intestate, hav-
ing applied to be registered as Proprietor of Section
124, Waitohi Valley, District of Picton Suburban,
notice is hereby given that she will be so registered,
unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within
one month after the date of the Gazette containing
this notice.

MOWAT, formerly of Oamaru, but now of
Dunedin, Corn Merchant, claiming as Devisee under
the will of JAMES OLIVER, formerly of Oamaru
aforesaid, Teacher, deceased, has made application to
the District Land Registrar of the District of Otago
to be registered as Proprietor in fee-simple, free from
incumbrances, of Allotments numbered respectively
8, 9, 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block II., on the plan of the
Township of Kakanui, deposited in the Lands Regis-
try Office, Dunedin; and that the said Andrew
Mowat will be so registered as such proprietor, unless
